About Indian Association Of Shreveport and Bossier

History

The Association in Shreveport & Bossier City has grown over the years with the help & support of the communities here & the surrounding areas. All members are the pillars of this Association and it is only with your support that we have been able to organize all these events & functions. We greatly appreciate your support and contributions to the Association. If you are a person of Indian Origin, please join the organization by becoming either an Individual or family member. IAS preserves, and celebrates your culture and special festivals/events. The Association also provides you with a forum for exchange of social and cultural views. If you are a person of Non-Indian Origin, there isn't a better way to learn more about the Indian culture, the people and the country. We understand and value diversity. We appreciate the opportunity to express our heritage to non-Indian members through various multi-cultural programs and other social events. Membership of the Association is entirely voluntary. Should you choose to become a member, you will be given free admission to all of the annual events of the Indian Association of Shreveport & Bossier City. We welcome you as a member & look forward to your active involvement..
